Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing Please allow 1–3 business days for our team to process and dispatch your order. We conduct a final quality check on all somatic tools before they leave our international logistics center.

Shipping Times (European Union) We ship to all countries within the EU. To ensure the most efficient delivery, our inventory is held in our centralized international warehouse.

  • Standard Tracked Shipping: 7–15 Business Days

Please note: While many orders arrive sooner (often within 8-10 days), delivery times can vary depending on your local postal service and customs processing.

Order Tracking As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking status to update after you receive the email.

Duties & Taxes For customers within the European Union, VAT is generally included in the purchase price for orders under €150 (IOSS). You should not be charged additional fees upon delivery. However, in rare instances or for larger orders, local customs duties may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Inquiries If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact our Client Care team via contact form and we will investigate immediately.

 

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your practice. If our tools do not support your flow, you have the right to return them within 14 days of receiving your order, as per European consumer protection laws.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused and in its original packaging.
  • Includes all accessories and documentation.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, you must contact us at via contact form.

  • Do not send items back to the address on the package. (This is often our logistics warehouse and they cannot process returns). We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

Return Shipping As a small independent studio, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
